Happy Thanksgiving to all our PV families!

This season gives us a special opportunity to pause, come together, and celebrate the people and moments that bring meaning to our lives. Thanksgiving reminds us to gather around our tables, reflect on the joys—big and small—that have shaped our year, and appreciate the community that surrounds us.

As we share this time with family and friends, I am reminded of how fortunate we are to be part of such a supportive and caring school community. Pleasant Valley is a place where kindness is shown daily—in the ways families support one another, partner with our staff, and contribute to the experiences our students enjoy.

Gratitude naturally inspires giving, and I want to thank you for the many ways you give to PV. Whether you volunteer in the library, donate to PTO fundraisers, or simply offer a warm smile at drop-off, your presence and partnership make a difference.

As we move into the holiday season, may we continue to extend that spirit of care to those around us and to those who may be in need.

I am truly grateful for each of you. Wishing you and your loved ones a warm, joyful, and restful Thanksgiving.

Mrs. Clauson's First Grade kiddos worked to create a list of all things they are thankful for! They picked their top 5 to create a festive turkey hat. In addition, students worked on decorating a THANKFUL SPOON. Students will use their spoon with their families at their Thanksgiving tables to share out what each person is thankful for.
