Hello PV Families,
We had a wonderful week at PV filled with meaningful learning and joyful celebrations! From grade 1 students enjoying a read aloud from their Superintedent, to engaging classroom presentations to snowy recess fun and our 100th Day of School celebration, there has been so much to enjoy. We also welcome parents for various classroom parties throughout the week. Be sure to scroll down to see photos capturing these special moments.

We are also grateful in advance to the families who are signing up to be involved in our Cultural Global Games Day on March 12th. We appreciate your willingness to share your time, talents, and traditions with our students.Thank you to the parents who are signing up to volunteer for our class cultural presentations or volunteering to facilitate games in the gym, and support students in creating their Cultural Home projects that will be displayed throughout our hallways. Your partnership is very much appreciated.

A special thank you to our Superintendent for visiting this week and reading to our first-grade classes. Our students truly enjoyed the experience.

Please be sure to read the newsletter in its entirety for important reminders, including upcoming author visits, concerts, Cultural Day events, and sign-up information. The incoming preschool application window is now open — see below for details on how to apply.

As a reminder, there will be no school on Friday or Monday. We look forward to welcoming our students back on Tuesday, February 17th.

Enjoy the long weekend with your loved ones as we celebrate the month of love.
In honor of Presidents Day, we leave you with a quote from Abraham Lincoln:
"The best way to predict your future is to create it."

Graciously,
Esther &Jenna
